Box 852944 Mesquite, TX 75185 To support her two beautiful children, Skylar and Dennis, Jr. Her Life Story Tara Denise Sing entered this world on October 16, 1972 and experienced her exodus on December 27, 2021 in Houston, TX, where she resided. She was born to Levi Sing and Ethel Gills Sing in Greenville, MS; both who have preceded her in death. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Glen Allen, MS under the leadership of Rev. J. R. Coleman and later moved her membership to Jake’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Greenville, MS under the leadership of Rev. C.W. Ray. After the passing of her father Levi Sing, GOD saw fit to bless her mother, Ethel with an amazing husband, Edward Cummings, Jr. who stepped in and raised her along with her four siblings. Tara grew up in Greenville, MS where she attended Em Boyd Elementary School, Manning Elementary School, Coleman Junior High School and Greenville High School where she graduated in the Mighty Class of 1991. She later attended Mississippi Delta Community College in Moorhead, MS where she obtained her BS in Computer Science. Tara relocated to Nashville, TN where she began working as an x-ray technician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Due to the high demand of the family owned business, Edward’s Painting and Drywall, she returned back home to work as the secretary for her parents. She was blessed with two beautiful children, Skylarr Amorie Jean and Dennis Antonio Chevell Jennings, Jr. and later moved to Houston, TX. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, traveling and most importantly, living her truth. Tara had a big heart and smile, but she didn’t mind being outspoken either. Tara will be remembered for her strong opinionated personality which sometimes came across with caring love and harsh love. She leaves to cherish her memories, daughter, Skylarr Jean; son, Dennis Jennings, Jr.; Dad, Edward Cummings, Jr. and wife, Florence sisters; Pamela Sing Prater, Laverne Sing, Dechondea Smith, Gwendolyn Sing, Earnestine Sing, Margaret Berger, Debbie Sing; brothers, Bobby Gills and wife, Wanda, Patrick Gills and wife, Eva, Dewayne Cummings and wife, Amanda, Calvin Sing; nieces, Jasmine Gills, Ava Gills, Tabitha Gills and husband, Josh, Nzinga Gills, Macey Prater, Jasmine Cummings, Jordan Cummings, Jada Cummings, Demetria Sing, Remelda Poindexter; nephews, D’Andre Gills, Darius Gills, Isaiah Gills, Isaiah Sing, Justice Cummings, Lawrence Sing; other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, classmates and friends. Beloved, if GOD so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen GOD; if we love one another, GOD abides in us and his love is perfected in us. 1 John 4:11-12
